PICKUP TIMES

 Pickup times and days are determined based on efficiency so we can provide you this service at the most reasonable price as possible. Your trash should be outside your door by 5 PM and your Valet will pick it up sometime that night, typically out until 1 AM. Your pickup days are determined on a facility by facility basis, so check on our serviced facilities page for your days of the week. In case of inclement weather or other inclement weather, your trash may be picked up in the early morning in an effort to avoid making a mess.

DOES MY VALET ACCEPT TIPS

We do not prohibit tips to be paid to your valet, but we do not process tips through our portal. It is expected and customary that this is NOT a tipped service. However, we also recognize a great many people are used to tipping for this service, and our valet personnel work very hard. Should you wish to tip your valet, we recommend handing them cash directly when you see them.

HOW MUCH TRASH CAN I PUT OUT AND HOW?

 Your service covers three pickups, each spaced at least a day between them. Each pickup includes 1 standard kitchen bag and 1 box. Make sure to combine your bags and your boxes for pickup. If you put out more than one bay, we will charge an excess bag/box fee of $5 per additional bag/box. We do NOT accept extra large bags (like the 13 gallon black bags) whatsoever. They rip and tear making a mess which costs time, and would result in higher costs to our customers. Additionally, your valet may refuse to collect a bag if the bag is too ripped or torn. Please double bag your bags if your bag is ripping or leaking.

WHAT IF I MISS MY DAY

It’s no big deal, but unfortunately we cannot pick up a second bags for free the next time. $30 a month is significantly below market rates, and to do so your pickup route is specifically timed with the expectation that collecting trash will only take one trip to your door to collect. We recommend putting your trash out the day before if you know you’ll be unable to put it out on your collection day.
