Why Implement Valet Services?

Gone are the days of a pool and a fitness center being “luxury” amenities. Your tenants expect that as the bare minimum now. Typically less than 10% of your tenants will use that amenity in a given year. As a result, tenants don’t look at those amenities when they decide whether to stay. In our experience 90% or more tenants use valet services (Trash/Housekeeping/Laundry) each week. As a result, access to valet services reduces vacancy rates, and commands higher rents. When trash is handled properly pest problems are reduced. All of this translates to higher returns for shareholders.

COMMUNITY TAILORED PLAN

We Tailor our Community Plans specific to your community’s needs. Our most common valet service is valet trash, but we can offer housekeeping and dry cleaning and laundry valet services as well. We can offer hybrid plans too, where some services are enrolled property-wide, but others are opt-in by the tenants individually.
