In our experience 90% or more tenants use valet services (Trash/Housekeeping/Laundry) each week. As a result, access to valet services reduces vacancy rates, and commands higher rents. We Tailor our Community Plans specific to your community’s needs. Our most common valet service is valet trash, but we can offer housekeeping and dry cleaning and laundry valet services as well. We can offer hybrid plans too, where some services are enrolled property-wide, but others are opt-in by the tenants individually.
